This time, the situation with the registration of the team slot got an unpleasant turn. It’s hard to believe, but Danila Ishutin, the founder of the increasingly popular B8 team, did not get a slot in his own team. We tried to understand this issue and the roots of the problem, as it turned out, have gone far into the past.
Dandy finds a solution to the problem
In addition to the changed positioning, the team had to independently resolve issues with registration at the tournament, since the slots are controlled by Valve. Literally at the tournament, the player found out that his position in the team had already been reserved by someone else half a year ago. B8 were extremely outraged and expressed their opinion on Twitter:
“For someone who did not want to be involved in the tournament, there was a place in it”
The owner of the lost slot turned out to be Aleksander “Nofear” Churochkin from the XactJlepbI team. Now the fate of the team to pass the qualifying round hangs in the balance. In order not to incite internecine strife between the organizers and participants, the Dandy decided to temporarily leave.
According to the registration rules, the right to use the slot belongs to the first registered player. For the team, it was also an offensive fact that the participant who gets in place of the Dandy did not want to participate in it at all. It’s a shame, don’t you agree?
The meetings of the teams in the past
In the past, the B8 and XactJlepbI teams have already merged, while retaining one of the key players – the Dandy. These B8 connections helped them to appear on the proscene this season, as in the past their results were not bright. Such castling by both teams received criticism from fans. Karma overtook the team at the wrong moment.
See you with the teams in 2022
The team does not despair, claiming that they will still play in 2022. The situation will be settled in any case, but the unpleasant residue will remain. The composition will either remain unchanged, or you will have to register again.
Danila Ishutin jokingly said that it could happen that he would be a new coach, and this is promising no matter how you look at it. In terms of career, he clearly will not sink in positions, like his team.
At the moment, the team has retained its fighting spirit. The CIS region has long established itself as the strongest, and the teams are always in the top 10 in the standings, so it’s too early to despair. We wish good luck to the guys in the upcoming competitions, because they have fewer and fewer competitors.
